Sparkling wine has been a passion project of our family for many years and we’re delighted to share the inagrual release with you. Each bottle is a testament to our dedication to quality, capturing the essence of celebration in every sip. Experience the legacy of Corryton Burge, where tradition meets timeless elegance.
Maturation: Began in small older oak barrels before undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle and maturation on yeast lees.
Tasting Notes: This sparkling red showcases deep crimson hues with ruby reflections, hinting at the rich, underlying flavours. Aromatically, it offers ripe dark berries like blackberries and cherries, enhanced by subtle baking spices. toasted oak, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, juicy blackberry and plum mingle with dark chocolate and espresso, while fine bubbles add a creamy texture. Well-integrated tannins provide structure. leading to a balanced, earthy finish. This Barossa blend is a testament to the region’s ability to craft wines with both depth and character.
