Appellation: Vinho Regional Lisboa, Rosé Wine

Varieties: Castelão and Cabernet Sauvignon

Viticulture: Density of 4,200 Plants/ha. Predominantly clay-limestone soils 

Harvest: End of August until the middle of October

Vinification:The grapes were destemmed followed by a pellicular maceration. After pressing, the fermentation occurred with temperature control at 10º C – 12º C.

Alcohol: 12,5% vol.

Colour: Bright Pink

Tasting Notes: With a beautiful colour, it is an intense wine, with fruity notes of raspberries and strawberries on the nose. With good structure, it shows plenty of red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry flavours, combined with pepperish sensations. A very fresh and balanced wine, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
