Viticulture: Clones: Pinot Grigio Block 5-6 = Clone unknown Viticulture: Modified Scott Henry.
Winemaking: Whole cluster pressed, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes: Flavours reminiscent of orange slices, orchard fruit, and tropical melon. The fruit is elevated by a refreshing and balanced acidity with a lingering finish.
