Grapes were selected from 36 hectares (90 acres) of hillside vineyards in some of the best viticultural areas of Marano, planted in limestone based soils at 300 m (985 ft) elevation with south-east exposure. |
Vinification Details |
Clusters were rigorously graded hand-picked. Natural and traditional drying of the grapes for 20 days. Extreme care exercised to maintain clean, healthy grapes. In October, cool controlled temperature fermentation at 22 degrees C, followed by a 15 day maceration on the skins in large oak barrels.

Pairs well with Risotto, roasted red meats, and small game. It can be great with fillet in pastry, grilled beef or lamb.
