Grapes are laid down in either racks or mats, then kept drying until February. Average yield 40 liters of Amarone wine for 100 Kg of fresh grapes.
|Aging||40% of the wine maturated for 15 months in 225-liter Allier oak barrels, and 60% for 24 months in traditional oak (50hl). May be aged in the bottle for 10 years.|
Color: Intense red garnet color
Serving temperature 20 degrees C. In large glass and uncork a few hours before opening. Perfect with red meats, games, cheeses.
