Description: The area of Monjardín is limit zone in the cultivation of the vineyard due to its cold climate and high altitude. the result is white wines of high quality, with extraordinary acidity, essential for the production of quality sparkling wines. Our Brunt Nature wines are fresh, citrus aromas with floral notes, balanced on the palate with fine bubbles and good intensity.



Wine Analysis:

Aging: Traditional Champanoise method making the second fermentation in bottle and its subsequent aging in bottel for 24 months.

Recommendation: Brut Nature quality, fresh and elegant to accompany a meal seafood, as well as paellas.
