Yield | 10.000 Kg/ha, under the canopy system VSP: vertical shoot positioning with Guyot Double pruning which gives a good exposure of the vine to light and sun. |

Vinification Details |
Fermented with the skins in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 26 ? 28 degrees during 12 days, after fermentation a maceration is practiced |
Aging | 50% of the wine is kept four months in 2nd used French oak |
Winemaker's Comments | Color: It shows a beautiful deep ruby color Aroma: An elegant combination of cherry and plums fruits with spicy notes. Subtitles aromas of coffee, cacao and fine tobacco Flavor: A wine with structure, powerful and spicy with some toasted flavors at the end. It is fruity with flavours of dark plum and cherries |
