Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 9 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 30% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 12 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months.
Color: Violet-red
Bouquet: Hints of small red berries, ripe plums and violet
Taste: On the palate it’s complex and elegant, with persistent balsamic notes and blackberry jam
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Acidity: 5.4 g/l
