Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 9 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by 13 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 3 months

Color: violet-red

Bouquet: hints of red fruits, herbs and wild violet

Taste: extremely elegant and balanced on the palate, with fresh and powerful flavours

Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
