Appellation: Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG
Grape varietal: 100% Barbera
Formats: 375 ml, 750 ml and Magnum
Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 10 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 40% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 16 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months.
Bouquet: Red berries jam, red apples and wild rose.
Taste: Structured and well-balanced, with hints of ginger, cinnamon and blackberry jam
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Acidity: 5.9 g/l
