Grapes: 100% Glera
Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation at cold temperature and rifermentation in steel tanks following the Charmat method.
Tasting Notes: Light straw yellow colour with fine and persi- stent perlage. Fruity, intense and fresh. Dry taste, well-structured.
Analysis: Alcohol 11% vol; Total Acidity 5,7 g/l; Residual sugar 12 g/l; Pression 4 atm bar.
Food Pairing: Ideal as aperitif, with appetizers and fish dishes. Serve chilled at 8 °C. To drink while still young.
