Aging: Aging for 16 to 18 months in oak barrels.
Tasting: This wine is characterized by intense fruit, bursting with notes of red fruits, raspberries, candied strawberries, violet and catchy, fine and voluptuous tannins at the same time. A very great Pinot Noir.
Food Pairing: It will go well with red and white meats; veal chop with chanterelles; woodcock with porcini mushrooms; Stuffed quail; rack of lamb with chanterelles.
