Grape varietal: 100% Sangiovese

Formats: 375, 750 ml and Magnum

Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 8 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barriques, followed by 14 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for approximately 8 months.

Color: Intense ruby red

Bouquet: Elegant notes of wild violet, ripe red fruits and cinnamon.

Taste: Decisive and well-structured on the palate, with notes of white pepper and graphite.

Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol. 

Acidity: 5.4 g/l
