Vinification: The grapes were d-estemmed and pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats of 10,000 liters with temperature control at 12-14° C.
Tasting Notes: A light wine with vibrant aromas of red fruits and strawberries. Extremely lively, crisp and fresh. This is a Rose that surprises by its lightness and flavours.
Food Pairing: Light salads, seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish, spicy and oriental food, goat cheeses.
