Formats: 375 ml, 750 ml and Magnum
Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 10 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by 12 months of aging. Finally bottle aging for approximately 4 months.
Color: Ruby red
Bouquet: Hints of small red fruits, peach and white pepper
Taste: The elegant and persistent finish is accompanied by notes of plum and cherries in syrup. Tannins are well pronounced and very soft.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Acidity: 4.9 g/l
