Lee Spirits Company is a craft distillery located in Monument Colorado. Started by cousins Ian and Nick Lee in 2013. Lee Spirits aims to create historically authentic base spirits and liqueurs and new and exciting ready-to-drink cocktails.
Cousins Ian and Nick Lee had an idea to create a gin that would fit into classic cocktail recipes exactly as originally written, and Lee Spirits was born. Our Prohibition forefathers had an outlaw spirit, and so do we. We’re challenging the spirits industry and breaking the modern rules of gin and cocktail creation. We’re passionate about sharing our love of artisan gin and handcrafted cocktails with you, whoever you are.
