Appellation: Monferrato Rosso DOC

Grape varietal: 65% Nebbiolo, 35% Barbera

Formats: 750 ml and Magnum

Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 10 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 20% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 12 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months.

Color: Ruby red with violet hues.

Bouquet: Wild blueberries, cherries under spirit and wild rose.

Taste: On the palate it is fresh and structured, with elegant notes of rose and underbrush. The finish is precise, with soft and elegant tannins.

Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol. 

Acidity: 5.2 g/l
