Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio
Vinification: Hand selected grapes, soft pressing with must maceration on skins at controlled temperature of 12 degrees C for 10 hours to achieve desired blush pink colour. Cold fermentation at controlled temperature for 10 days. The wine is then stored in special stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
Tasting Notes: Pink salmon colour. Light, fresh fruity aroma. Aromatic note of freshly crushed cranberries and mineral elements. Dry light taste. Delicious balance of citrus, cherry and fruity red berry flavours. Lively, and easy to drink.
Food Pairing: Ideal as aperitif, also with hors d’oevres, pizza, pasta dishes, seafood salads and fish dishes. Perfect with spicy foods and Asian influence cuisine.
