Grape: Saperavi 85%, Rkatsiteli 15%
Place of production: The vineyards are located in the Kakheti region of the eastern Georgia.
Fermentation: After 4 days on the skins, the wine is then pressed off and finishes its primary fermentation in tanks at 25/27°C. Warm ferments help produce a fleshier character to the final wines.
Tasting Notes: Wine has a cherry and black currant flavor with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
Food Pairing: Alazani Valley goes well with cherry tarts and fruit jellies.
