Viticulture: Slopes: southwest, south, north & northeast Soil: Glacial fluvial deposits – sand, gravel and rock Clones: Clone unknown (planted in 1999) Viticulture: Vertical Shoot Position (VSP).
Winemaking: Whole cluster pressed, cool fermentation. 94% fermented in stainless steel tanks, 6% barrel aged in 1 year old barrels.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of Bartlett Pear and Orange Zest are enhanced by a well-rounded mouth feel and balanced acidity. Notes of crisp red apple and pronounced minerality lingers on the finish.
Food Pairing: Shellfish, Paella, Chicken in a Cream Sauce, Soft Cheeses.
