Grape varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Formats: 750 ml and Magnum

Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 18 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 30% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 21 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months.

Color: Ruby red.

Bouquet: Hints of fresh and dried violet, with hints of chalk.

Taste: Rich, deep, with menthol notes. Intense finish with strong but elegant tannins.

Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol. 

Acidity: 5.5 g/l
