Grape: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Tempranillo

Tasting Notes: Dry rose made as it is traditional in Navarra by the saigne method, “De Lagrima”. Harvested at night, its structure and color are lighter, it is pink with vibrant blue notes. Delicate aromas of wild berries. It is fresh on the palate with nice acidity, incredible depth of flavors.

Aging: Unoaked
Alcohol: 13 %
Recommendations: Consume at any time during the year, goes very well with entrees and tapas like calamari or grilled octopus.
