Winemaker’s Comments: Smooth and light with floral, spicy, apple, pear and nectarine skin aromas. Our Pinot Gris is a round, fresh and elegant style with flavours of citrus, nectarine, pear, mineral and spicy ginger flavours. Great fruit intensity.
Food Pairing: Food pairing for this wine is very varied but creamy sauced chicken, duck, quiche, poached salmon or risotto and mushroom dishes excel here.
