Tasting Notes: Light yellow colour. Soft and delicate bouquet. Dry taste, sapid, superbly balanced.
Food Pairing: Ideal as aperitif, with appetizers, hors d‘oeuvres, pizza, light meals. Serve chilled at 8 – 10°C.
