
Grapes: 100% Merlot.
Vinification: Classic red vinification method: soft pressing, maceration on the skins for 8-10 days and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red. Delicate, fragrant, fruity and slightly herbaceous bouquet. Dry, warm, soft taste, typical of Merlot.
Analysis: Alcohol 12% Vol; Total acidity 5,6 g/l; Residual sugar 6 g/l.
Food suggestions: Ideal with pasta dishes, pizza, meats, sausages and cheeses. Serve at 16 – 17°C.
