Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Region: Barrancas, Maipú, Mendoza, Argentina
Vinification: Soft pneumatic pressing. Fermentation for 15 days using selected yeasts. The process was carried out at a low temperature to enhance its fresh and fruity characteristic aromas. The wine was left in contact with fine sediments to foster creaminess and unctuosity. Then it was carefully filtered, and bottled avoiding exposure to air.
Color: Pale yellow color with golden hues.
Aroma: Intense and varietal, with pineapple, ripe lemons and honey notes.
Flavor: Well-balanced youthful wine. Light bodied with a fruity, spicy mouth feel. Suggested pairing: It goes well with white meats, risotto with seafood and white fish.
