Flavour: The wine has complex and rich bouquet; distinct aromas characteristic for the sort are followed by cherry, pomegranate, blackberry flavors. Then, one can notice black pepper, bitter chocolate and tobacco flavors which are characteristic for aging in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Deep sparkling red. Mellow and round; acidity is higher than average; full of tannin and balanced.
Food Pairing: The wine is wonderful with ham, barbeque, boiled beef and cheese.
