Appellation: Toscana Rosato IGT

Grape varietal: 50% Sangiovese, 50% Prugnolo Gentile

Formats: 750 ml and Magnum

Vinification: Destemming and soft pressing, without overstressing the berries, in which the must remains briefly in contact with the skins in order to obtain an extremely balanced free- run juice. Alcoholic fermentation for about 10 days. The wine then rests in steel tanks on its lees for 3 months.

Color: Pink, red onion skin

Bouquet: Intense hints of tangerine, white peach and strawberries combined with floral notes.

Taste: Citrus and raspberries combined with floral notes. The finish is long and crisp, with a marked minerality.

Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol. 

Acidity: 6.5 g/l
