Appellation: Barbaresco DOCG

Grape varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Formats: 350ml, 750 ml and Magnum

Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 14 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by 20 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months.

Color: Ruby red.

Bouquet: Hints of fresh raspberry and damask rose.

Taste: Delicate hints of red fruit, with fine and elegant tannins.

Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol. 

Acidity: 5.5 g/l
