Grape varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Formats: 750 ml and Magnum

Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 8 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 30% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 18 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 8 months.

Color: Ruby red.

Bouquet: Hints of ripe red fruits, poppies and cloves.

Taste: Notes of ripe red berry and ginger jam. A broad and persistent finish, with a good presence of soft, yet strong tannins.

Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol. 

Acidity: 5.9 g/l
