Appellation: Barbaresco DOCG

Grape varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Formats: 750 ml and Magnum

Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 12 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 30% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 19 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 7 months.

Color: Ruby red.

Bouquet: Hints of red berry jam, nutmeg and tobacco.

Taste: At a first taste, it is mineral, spicy and balsamic, followed by a broad and decisive finish. Tannins are smooth and well structured.

Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol. 

Acidity: 5.2 g/l
