Appellation: Barolo DOCG

Grape varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Formats: 750 ml and Magnum

Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 16 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 30% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 24 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 12 months.

Color: Ruby red.

Bouquet: Hints of black cherry, licorice, spices and menthol.

Taste: With notes of sour cherries and violets, on the palate it is boundless and powerful, with a wonderfully rich tannic texture.

Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol. 

Acidity: 5.5 g/l
