Vinification: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 13 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by 24 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 12 months.
Color: Ruby red.
Bouquet: Hints of ripe plum with subtle accents of roses.
Taste: Full-bodied and intense with a pleasant continuation upholding a fruity texture.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Acidity: 5.5 g/l
