
Grape: 100% Tempranillo
Region: DO Valencia, Spain
Vineyard: Eduardo Bermejo red wine is made from vineyards planted between 15 and 30 years ago.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a temperature between 25º-28º C to preserve fruit flavours. Maceration is around 20-30 days. It is a blend of an unoaked Tempranillo with a Tempranillo aged in oak for 14 months. This gives the wine the fruit and freshness and at the same time adds some complexity and oak flavors.
Label: This wine label has been designed by the Valencian painter Eduardo Bermejo, one of the young talents of art in Spain.
Color: Pale, cherry, red color.
Aroma: It is characterized by a first sensation of ripe fruit with hints of vanilla and cocoa very well integrated each other.
Flavor: Very elegant on the palate with a velvety finish, with subtle tannins that help us understand who is a wine for everyone. Long persistence, invites us to repeat.
Food Pairing: Recommended to every type of food from light appetizers to stews and meats, perfect complement to the Mediterranean cuisine.
