Grapes: Arinto, Fernão Pires and Moscatel

Viticulture: Density of 4.200 Plants/ha. Clay and limestone soils

Harvest: End of August until the middle of October

Vinification: Pressing after total de-stemming with exclusive use of free run juice. Fermentation temperature control to 16-18° C.

Tasting Notes: Very aromatic on the nose with citrus notes which are also showing on the palate. It is a vivid wine revealing freshness and a very good acidity.

Food Pairing: Light salads, seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish, spicy and oriental food, goat cheeses.
