Grapes: 100% Malbec
Region: Altmira district of the San Carlos county, located in the southern Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.
Soil: Sourced from the Uco Valley Valley at an elevation of 1.150 meters above sea level where temperatures are cold in winter and cool in summer. This helps to produce grapes with exceptional freshness and acidity. High altitude soils in the valley are very low in organic material and very high in mineral content. Their poor profile naturally brings down yields for exceptional concentration of aromas and flavors.
Vinification: This wine has been cold macerated for 3 hours with whole bunch, afterwards is pressed. Due to pre-fermantative cold maceration and the gentle pressing, a light pink color is extracted.
Aging: No oak aging.
